WB Apparel Return & Refund Policy

1. Final Sale Policy

Because our products are printed on demand and unique to each order, all sales are final. We do not maintain a warehouse or inventory; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Change of mind or "remorse" purchases.
  2. Incorrect size selection (please refer to our Size Charts before ordering).
  3. Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us at wbappco@gmail.com within [14] days of the delivery date.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.
  • Returned garments must be in the original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. No refunds on sale items unless faulty or req by law.

 

3. Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than,14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the loss is confirmed by the carrier.

 

4. Address Errors & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at wbapparel@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has shipped.

 

5. EU Right of Withdrawal

Note for Sellers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: "the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized."

Our products fall under this exemption as they are printed only upon order.
