Machine Wash Cold: Always wash inside out with like colors. Cold water helps preserve the fabric fibers and prevents the colors from bleeding.

Use Mild Detergent: Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as these can break down the spandex (elasticity) in your leggings and damage the print or embroidery.

Tumble Dry Low: For the best results, hang dry. If you use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting to prevent shrinkage and keep the "Micro Rib" or "Fleece" texture soft.

Do Not Iron Decoration: If the garment needs ironing, use a cool setting and iron on the reverse side. Never iron directly over the logo.

Do Not Dry Clean: The chemicals used in dry cleaning can be too harsh for the high-cotton content and custom finishes.
